The program does not want to work

In order for this application to operate correctly on your computer you need to have java version 1.5 or above installed on your computer. To verify that java is installed and operational, please click here.

If you have not got java installed on your computer, please download it here now.

If, however, you do hava java installed and you are using microsoft internet explorer, please make sure that it is not being blocked. If you have a yellow bar above your web page like the one below, navigate to it with your mouse, click on it and click on "allow blocked content".

If that does not solve the problem, java may not be enabled. If you are using Microsoft internet explorer, click on tools and then on internet options. When the new window opens click on the tad saying "advanced" and scroll down till you get an option called "java"(image below) and make sure that the box has been checked. Restart your browser and try again.
